poor hygiene but good location and nice staff

the location is nearby the downtown with free parking lot

the bed sheet didn’t change and it’s a love hotel with no doubt, the staff change the bed sheet and pillow covers immediately once I raised the problem

Tourists not welcome here.

Actually nothing that I like.

The reception staff is not friendly and can't speak English. They refused checking in by referring to email and online booking number and references, and insist the name of check-in guest must be exactly same between passport and booking references. Location is not easily accessible unless you are using a shortcut by walking up to a 60 steps staircase. Very inconvenient for kids or elderly people esp for guests without driving a car. Ideally online hotel booking should NOT list in this hotel at all for tourists. The reception area is also small, dark and with smoking smell.

Overall, We enjoyed the stay!

Cleanliness tip top. Room cleaning excellent.

Breakfast ran out, although breakfast was advertised. We came down around 10am though.

Nice place to stay!

Nice place to stay! It is very close to Nampo station and the popular streets. The hosts were very kind and willing to help (they helped us to order fried chickens and noodles ^_^) Highly recommend!

great location, great staff, very nice rooms. highly reccomended

great location, very big room. big tv and computer in the room. big bed and a great shower. the room is very pretty, felt like home to go back to.

the toilet is inside the shower, and the sink is out side in the room- a little weird. breakfast is very narrow in options.

Fine for a few nights.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. There was a Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

The staff didn't explain us too much when checking in. The breakfast is very, very simple and I don't really recommend it.

Value for money accommodation!

The hotel rooms were awesome - we liked the size and design of the rooms (bathroom included), and they were sufficiently well-lit and comfortable. We had rooms overlooking the nearby Taejeongdae Park, so we were quite happy. Breakfast was simple and you get to have a taste of breakfast like an average local, which is good enough for us. If not, you can explore the surrounding cafes and eateries for breakfast too. Hotel was located within Nampo-dong area, and there were quite a number of interesting eateries around it (except the flight of steps, as it's located on a hill, but well, it's good to exercise after very filling and yummy meals!). Walking distance to Nampo-dong subway or Lotte Mall is just a mere 5-10 minutes. Overall, we very much like this accommodation!

It would be good if there were indicators for us to choose whether we wanted the rooms to be cleaned or not. As there was no indication, we expected daily cleaning of the rooms, but it wasn't consistent. Nevertheless, as soon as we told them, they quickly helped to clean up.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location in Busan

The location was excellent. The Jalgalchi market, Gukje market, Yongdusan Park are all within walking distance. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. There is even a Jacuzzi bath! Good value for money. Don't expect too much for breakfast.
